Is, having multiple plans for your home, a good choice? Well, it entirely depends on you. You could speak to a designer and get a good modern house plan designed for your home. You may take it back home and suddenly think that the plan is not what you wanted. In that case, you could ask the designer to rework on the plan just so that he gets it right. Remember - If your plan is faulty, chances are that your home would not come through the way you had thought of. So, be very careful here, and choose the best and optimally designed plan.
