They got me bathing suits, and some special jewelry, and some special things to wear including open bust lingerie. They even bought me a new digital camera so that we could take pictures of the beach and when we went out on the boat. The honeymoon was great, and we had a great time relaxing on the beach in the sun. When we came home, it was fun for us to look at all the pictures and fondly remember our time there.

I never thought I’d find myself on the Internet asking a question like this, but after just two sessions with this counselor my husband and I are seeing, I’m beginning to believe that Christian marriage counseling exists basically just to make women feel bad about themselves.
How else would you explain that this particular counselor we’re seeing has pretty much from day one been saying that all of the problems my husband and I are having are my fault? Believe it or not, he even tried to suggest at our last session that my husband’s affair was my fault because I didn’t treat him right.
